1. Scope of the Agreement

1.1. Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company is located at Çavuşin Village, 2nd Group, Location No/45A, 50500 Avanos/Nevşehir / Nevşehir Turkey. This agreement, concluded between the customer and Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company, specifies the terms of service and the obligations of the parties.

1.2. Software development, web design, information, communication services, internet and printed-visual media advertising services, which are products of Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company, are subject to the provisions of this written agreement between the customer and Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company. Unless the customer and Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company make a written agreement to the contrary, this agreement remains valid.

1.3. Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company products will be collectively referred to as "Services" in this agreement and will not include services provided to the customer by Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company under a separate written agreement.

2. Contract Terms

2.1. In order to use the services, the customer must accept and approve the service agreement and terms.

2.2. Service agreement acceptance forms;

a- Confirmation of the acceptance process for any service by Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company to the customer representative

b- By signing the agreement sent within the scope of the agreement concluded between Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company and the customer,

c- By using the services provided by Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company; The customer is deemed to have accepted and approved the service agreement from the moment he/she uses the services of Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company.

2.3. If the customer is not of age to accept and approve the service agreement, if he/she is prohibited from receiving these services under the laws of the Republic of Turkey or the laws of other countries including the country where he/she uses the services, he/she cannot use this service agreement. If this situation is detected, the service received by the customer from Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company will be terminated immediately and Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of the customer.

3.1. Within the scope of continuous renewal, Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company may, at its own discretion and without prior notice to the customer, permanently or temporarily stop providing the services or any feature within the scope of the service to users. This is approved and accepted by the customer. The customer reserves the right to change, stop and pause the services within the authority granted to him/her through the customer representative. The customer does not need to specifically inform Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company when he/she stops using the services.

3.2. Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company may block the customer's access to their account without giving any reason. Therefore, the customer's access to the services, account details or any files or other content in their account may be blocked. This situation is approved and accepted by the customer.

3.3. There is no upper limit yet for the storage space used by Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company in the provision of any service or for the messages you can send or receive through the services. However, the customer acknowledges and accepts that Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company may set such upper limits at its sole discretion and at any time. In such a case, if the limits determined by Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company are exceeded, the exceeding amount will be charged separately.

3.4. Service fee rates vary in payments made by the customer in return for the services provided by Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company. The service fee rate is reserved by Travel Cappadocia Agency Limited Company. This situation is approved and accepted by the customer.

3.5. Customer information provided by Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company cannot be shared with other customers. This information is stored by Travel Cappadocia Agency Limited Company.

3.6. Each service received by the customer is evaluated according to the conditions of the period in which that service was received. Therefore, the customer cannot request any rights or payments retroactively.

3.7. Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company provides internet advertising services through service providers. Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company cannot be held responsible for changes in the policies and terms of service of service providers.

3.8. Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company is not obliged to reflect the promotional budget products and services offered by advertising service providers to customers. It reserves the right to use them.

3.9. During the preparation of advertisements, the verbal information given by the customers is taken as basis. Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company is not responsible for the accuracy of verbal information.

3.10. It is forbidden to use the content, text, visual, animated content and similar content produced by Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company anywhere without the permission of Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company.

3.11. Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company is not responsible for the copyrights of the content received from the customer.

3.12. Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company is not responsible for the content of the channels where visual advertisements are broadcasted. It does not assume the responsibility of checking the content of these sites.

3.13. Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company is not responsible for the code system provided by the advertising service provider that allows advertisements to be displayed to the user repeatedly and the triggering of advertisements accordingly.

3.14. Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company is not responsible for any content, software or virus found on the advertiser's site and for any moral or material damages that may arise from users visiting the site through advertisements.

3.16. Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company is not responsible for errors that may occur due to code added to the advertiser's website to use certain advertising features or to make ads more functional and measurable.

3.17. Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company may need access to user accounts on relevant sites to manage social media ads. Travel Cappadocia Agency is not responsible for loss of information and content in customer accounts due to this access.

3.18. Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company is not responsible for the accuracy of the payment information that the customer will make through the bank in return for the services provided by Travel Cappadocia Agency Limited Company.

Customer's Use of the Services

4.1. In order to access the services provided by Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company, the customer may be required to provide certain information about himself/herself (such as identity or contact information) within the scope of the registration process or use of the services. The customer accepts and declares that the registration information provided to Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company is always complete, accurate and up-to-date.

4.2. The customer undertakes and declares not to access or attempt to access the services received in any way other than the interface and reporting service provided by Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company, unless permitted by a separate contract with Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company.

4.3. The customer accepts and declares not to engage in any activity that will interfere with or disrupt the services provided by Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company or the servers and networks connected to these services.

4.4. The Customer agrees and undertakes not to reproduce, copy, sell or trade these services for any purpose, unless specifically permitted by a separate contract.

4.5. The Customer accepts and declares that he/she is solely responsible for the violation of the use of the services provided by Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company on behalf of Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company and third parties, and the consequences thereof, including any losses and damages that Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company may suffer as a result of this.

Password and Account Security

5.1. The Customer is responsible for the confidentiality and protection of passwords associated with all accounts used to access the services provided by Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company. He/she accepts that he/she is solely responsible to Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company for all actions that occur under his/her account.

5.2. The Customer is obliged to immediately notify Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company as soon as he/she becomes aware of any unauthorized use of his/her password or account.

Personal Privacy and Personal Information

6.1. The Customer agrees to the use of their data in accordance with the privacy policies of Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company.

Scope of Service

8.1. Unless expressly permitted or required by Law to the Customer or unless specific written permission is given by Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company; It may not copy or modify the software, create new works from this software, attempt to decipher the source code of the software or any part of this code by reverse engineering, decompiling or otherwise allowing third parties to do so.

9.3. In addition to the payment amount, Value Added Tax is also paid to Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company. Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company is obliged to pay the VAT amount to the finance. The prices stated in the campaigns conducted by Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company are prices excluding VAT.

Right to Use Content

10.1. The Customer has the copyright and other rights over the services provided, sent or displayed through the services provided by Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company. 10.3. Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company may transmit and distribute the customer's content on different social networks and different media while taking the necessary technical steps to provide social media advertising and management services to its users. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that this license permits Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company to use these actions.

Software Updates

11.1. Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company updates the software used from time to time. The Customer agrees to receive these updates within the scope of the services provided.

Termination of Customer Relationship with Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company

12.1. The Customer initiates the service contract by making online payments through the secure payment page or by making payments via bank transfer. The service contract remains valid as long as the Customer has an active budget for the service received. The service contract is suspended when the Customer's budget for the service received ends. If the Customer makes a refund under the conditions specified above, this contract is updated with the suspended account.

12.2. If the Customer wishes to completely terminate the service contract with Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company, he/she must submit this request in writing to the Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company address specified at the beginning of this contract. Termination requests not made in writing will not be taken into consideration.

12.3. Termination of the Contract by Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company;

a- In case of breach of any provision of the contract by the customer or lack of intention or ability to comply with the provisions,

b- In cases where Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company is legally obliged to do so,

c- In case the partner of Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company in the services provided to the customer terminates its relationship with Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company or ceases to provide services to the customer,

d- In case Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company ceases to provide services to the country where the customer resides or uses the services,

e- In case the services provided to the customer by Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company are not commercially suitable for Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company.

12.4. When this contract is terminated, all legal rights, responsibilities and obligations that the customer and Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company have benefited from or suffered during the contract period or that are clearly stated to continue indefinitely will not be affected by this termination and these rights, responsibilities and obligations will be complied with for an unlimited period. will continue.

No guarantee is given regarding the performance, advertising position, sales and customer increase, etc. regarding all services to be provided by Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company.

Limitation of Liability

14.1. Direct or indirect damages suffered or to be suffered by the customer due to these damages, loss of profit, loss of reputation, fees, expenses, penalties, taxes, etc. Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company is not responsible for any of these, including loss of reputation in the business world or loss of data.

14.2. Reliance on the completeness, accuracy or existence of advertisements or any relationship or transaction between advertisers or sponsors and the customer, any changes that Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company may make to the services or any definite or temporary suspension of the provision of the services or any feature of the services. The customer is fully responsible for any damages arising from the use of the services or the deletion, corruption or failure to store data protected or transmitted as a result of the use of the services, the customer's failure to provide Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company with correct account information and failure to keep his password or account details secure and confidential.

15.1. Turhallar Travel Agency Tourism and Trade Limited Company evaluates infringement notifications within the scope of International intellectual property law and the Turkish Republic Copyright Law. It examines notifications within a certain procedure and cancels the relevant accounts if deemed necessary
